It is the primary field of dentistry, primarily concerned with treating carious lesions. We tend to come to the conservative dentist with pain and a “hole” in the tooth, professionally called a cavity. Every treatment in our Center is preceded by anesthesia (on request, of course). Patients have a choice of infiltration, superficial anesthesia or conduction anesthesia. Does it work? Of course! After the tooth is prepared, the dentist “places” a professional filling and, if necessary, handles the restoration of the tooth’s crown. Remember that we put fillings in milk teeth too! Yes, baby teeth need to be treated too – their condition affects the health of adult teeth.
